it's what you're hoping for when you stop in a place tired and hungry.
No shortcuts on the food prep, delicious, fresh, and well seasoned.
I had a gyro, w/well seasoned meat, with lettuce so crisp it crunched, in a warm toasted dense pita. The Mr had a chicken salad sub, toasted, with cheese, and pondered how it is so much better than any we make a home.
As a very old commercial used to put it, "We make our money the old fashioned way, we earn it." And this place certainly does.
